Construction Progress Monitoring
IPA performs construction site visits to review payment requests and provides professional assessment of the construction operation. We report on visible conditions that impact the performance, progress, quality, cost and management of the project. IPA will:
Verify the level of completion for construction progress payment requests.
Verify that construction progress is on schedule.
Review and inventory stored material on or off site.
Verify the builder's compliance with terms of the construction agreement.
Evaluate sufficiency of funds to complete the project.
Review change orders to evaluate functional and cost impact.
Evaluate problems related to quality of material or workmanship, project management and safety measures at the construction site.
