Construction Project Management

    Construction Project Management is the process of professional management applied to a planning, design, and construction of a project from inception to completion for the purpose of controlling, schedule, scope of work, cost/budget and quality.

    From concept to built asset, IPA will represent the property owner and assist in creating the most value in a project. IPA will engage licensed engineers and architects to provide design services and present the owner with clear information designed to enable good decision making.

    • Select and coordinate the services of such architects, engineers, surveyors and other professional consultants as may be necessary to design preliminary and final plans and specifications and prepare the construction documents.

    • Establish a Budget and Timetable

    • Prepare bid packages

    • Conduct competitive bids lettings

    • Negotiate all relevant contracts

    • Review the Preparatory Work for contractual and regulatory compliance

    • Review draw requests for payment verification

    • Generally act in Client’s best interests without conflict
